Diversity: What Has Happened, What is Not Happening, and Where Do We Go From Here?

Wednesday 10:10 – 11:10  AM

Session Description

Especially now, the conversation of racism, injustice and the lack of inclusion is a very passionate topic for today. The question is why are we still having the same centered conversation in 2020 in our organizations. How has it played out over the years which has created movements like “Black Lives Matter” that demand change. We will discuss what has happened to review how we got here; to what’s not happening as training must lead to action; to where do we go from here……how do we see your organizations being better in the future.
